I’ve been wanting a cross bracelet from Tiffany for a long long time. But because it’s too expensive, I’ve always put off buying, putting other items as priority. This dream is finally realised today – Julian Wee bought me exactly that for my birthday.

Though it’s not a surprise – I had to go hunt for it too – I love this present to bits. What really surprised me was that the bf was willing to fork out so much just for mere silver, given that he was harping so much on one’s stupidity to pay a premium for branding. Guess there’s always something to discover every day huh?

Thank you for this premium-priced present, I’ll treasure it *beams*

We caught these from those stuff-toys game machines over at Marina Sq and PS. Looks like we are growing the cakes family here.

Let’s see… Pancakes can be the father, Hotcakes the mother and Mini-cakes the son. Now all that’s lacking are the aunties, uncles and cousins. Now that we know the trick, we’re going to catch them all!

I’ve a feeling that fragments of that dream are breaking away.
I wish I could grasp the non-existent.

I know I’m never really qualified to be a  busy person with non-stop work hours. But still, I’ve got a million and one never-ending piles and piles of work to be cleared each day, each week. Datelines aplenty especially at this time of the year. 3 massive stacks of worksheets to the left of me, and many more ‘to-dos’ on the list.

Things like planning for accommodation and itinerary for Spain in December blah blah blah. Isn’t it amazing how we’ve gotten the tickets and no accommodation and itinerary till date? I bet we’ve got to stay at some five-star hotel and break the bank if this procrastination is to be carried on. Dearest PB, transmitting signal now…… know what you’re supposed to do already??

I did some soul-searching and finally found the root of my unwillingness to work. It’s not being able to concentrate much on anything else because my mind is solely … ok… maybe wondering is a better word… filled with thoughts of the Zara top. Wonder is an aesthetic state, it engrosses the mind only to lead it to a kind of distraction… if you know what I mean.

Anyway, I think the only right thing to do is really just to purchase that top and get on with life. So… with the wise decision in mind, I absolve this distraction of mine and go to bed a happy soul.

First time celebrating in school ever. Guess it won’t be the last.

The original cousins took our year old+ niece to WCP for Mac Breakfast. Haven’t had the lot of us going out just for a meal since finding a common free time proved too impossible. It was good to relive those moments again =)

…and then feeding others. It was really heartwarming to see her sharing her food and things with others.

Brought her out for a walk around WCP.

Played with her favourite slide and worn her Dad out.

Days out with her always ends with her looking like a hamburger and sleeping anywhere and everywhere.

So it’s goodbye for the next 6 months.
I actually feel quite sad, like some sort of pillar missing in my life already. Though I know with advancements in technology… yada yada… we won’t be cutting off contact totally… still, it’s so different from  having her here physically to offer her hugs whenever my life spiral downwards or to share in my joys for that matter. Sigh… come back soon all right? Keep safe and don’t forget to keep that internet connection of yours switched on 24/7.

It’s the September term break, but the bf can’t really make time for a get-away out of Singapore, so the next best option is really to have a mini one at St Regis. Heh… and the best part is… we’re going there again next weekend!

It was a truly enjoyable weekend, thanks to the boyfriend =)

Ok… I’m bored stiff. No one to talk to. It’s just me and the computer. What’s best than to come here and yada yada away. I type, I read what I type.. so I’m actually talking to myself. But at least my thoughts will get read (by myself). Hurhur.

No, I don’t think paracetamol causes this state of crankiness. It’s just boredom and the lack of someone to call. Oh wait… the BF is calling! YAY!

Hello World! I’m back! BF said he needed to go do some work so can’t talk… also said something like ‘love you’ should comes as a surprise and not an expectation. Wow…. some day I will actually be surprised and surprise that my bf loves me. How very strange indeed.

Maybe he will surprise me in the middle of the night. But then again even when he doesn’t, it comes as no surprise either. SURPRISE SURPRISE!

Ok… I think I’m going crazy. What’s worse is that I’m going to publish this post! (.. .until I regain consciousness and what’s left of sanity tomorrow and delete it… for those of you actually got to read this.. lucky you… you’ve seen the delirious side of me)
