These were not bad at all. Donna Hay’s recipe from Simple Essentials.
Everyone must be wondering why yet again - Donna Hay. I have Gordon Ramsay too, just that his is rather advanced for random bakers like the Cozzie and me.
Tonight’s baking was impromptu, fuss-free, spongy and yummy – all wiped out within a span of 5minutes by the aunts, uncles and cousins.

Recipe:
2 eggs
75g caster sugar
50g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
60g butter, melted
Preheat the over to 180 degree celcius. Whisk the eggs and sugar to combine. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder over the egg mixture and fold through with the melted butter. Spoon the mixture into greased madeleine tins until 2/3 full. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the madeleines are set.
I think we should try souffle next. Or make something with hazelnuts.
I love hazelnuts.

Family is like a box of cookies, mostly sweet with some nuts.
Was it cookies?
